When using ComfyUI for design visualization, don't just post screenshots of your nodes.

Using ComfyUI for design visualization? I gotta vent: stop just posting screenshots. The share section is full of these dense node maps with a one-liner “my workflow” — looks impressive but nobody can actually use it. Design visualization workflows are about turning vague requirements into controllable outputs: using ControlNet to lock line art for structure, IPAdapter to unify style references, and region-based control for different materials.

If you don’t explain the logic behind all that, a single image is useless. What I’d rather see is: why this node was added, what pitfalls you hit with that parameter, and what to tweak for a different scene.

Visualization is meant to be understood, and workflow sharing should be the same. Screenshots are just personal cheat sheets — explaining your thought process is what actually gives back to the community.

The real useful stuff is what pitfalls you’ve run into with the settings. Just posting screenshots is like posting nothing at all.

Yeah, I’ve been using IPAdapter for consistent style too. You gotta explain it clearly for it to be useful.

“Screenshots are just notes, explaining your thought process is real sharing” — this should be pinned.
